Meet Gemma
I’m Gemma, the founder of GEM HR Services. After more than a decade working in HR, people management, and operational leadership, I realised something important; small business owners often carry the weight of people issues alone. They care deeply about their teams, but they don’t always have someone calm, experienced, and fair to turn to when things get complicated.
I created GEM HR Services to change that.
GEM HR Services provides practical, people-centred HR support for small businesses across East Anglia. Built on over a decade of hands-on HR and operational leadership, we specialise in helping organisations navigate employee relations with clarity, confidence, and fairness.
